Tacos—$40 Enough for 20 (5 Lb) – tacos (avg 2/person) with chopped cilantro, sliced pickled red onions, sliced limes, and red and green salsa for garnishes.

Burritos—$42 10 burritos – large one-pound burritos filled with rice, refried or whole beans, your choice of filling, chopped onion, cilantro, and shredded Jack or cheddar cheese.

Enchiladas—$40 20 enchiladas – Tinga de pollo, machaca or cheese with either red salsa or tomatillo green salsa (with mole sauce $44).

Quesadillas—$20 6 large quesadillas cut in 1/4's filled with Monterrey Jack cheese, chopped onions and tomatoes. (with filling $30).

Taquitos—$20 15 fried taquitos – stuffed with tinga de pollo or machaca.

Tamales—$33 or $36.00 (mix) 1 dozen (yes you can mix and match).
Chile Verde – Pork cooked in a green tomatillo sauce. (GF)
Tinga de Pollo – Chicken cooked with onion, garlic, and chipotle in adobe. (GF)
Vegetales – Sauteed carrot, potato, onion, spinach, and corn kernals. (GF/VEGAN)
Rajas – Roasted pasilla Peppers and queso fresco.* (GF)
